You must create an account to use Vycode. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Credit System: Vycode operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased at the listed rates and consumed based on the AI model and request complexity. Credit prices and allocations are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Bonus Credits: Bonus credits included with plans are promotional and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. Bonus credit allocations may vary between plans.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate malicious code, malware, or exploits
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary systems
• Share or resell your account or credits to third parties
• Exceed reasonable API rate limits or abuse the service
• Use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Your Code: You retain all rights to the code you write and the code generated by AI through our service. Vycode does not claim ownership of your code or AI-generated outputs.

Our Service: The Vycode brand, extension, website, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and protected by applicable laws.
